The National Art Museum of Catalonia is located in the Palau Nacional. This is a kind of colossal neoclassical building, with murals of F. Galí in the interior. The museum has magnificent collections of Romanesque and Gothic art, unique in the world, including mural paintings in the Leridan Pyrenees.
