The square of the King is the most noble rea of the old Barcelona. In the background of the photo, stands the facade of the Palau Reial Major (Royal Palace) which contains the Chamber Tinell.
On the right, there is the Palatine Chapel or Capella de Santa Àgata, and to the left, Palau´s Lloctinent (Lugarteniente Palace), which during some time hosted the Archive of the Crown of Aragon, now moved to Almogàvers street.
To the right, on the corner of the street Veguer, is the house Clariana-Padellàs, which actually hosts the Museum of History of the City.
